Fast Fat Loss - The free book that helps you look good naked.

Written on 4:05 AM by trif_m

For those of you who come by the blog more often it may have seemed that I have abandoned it since the last post in the burn body fat fast diet series posted on May 30, 2008.

The reason I have not posted in such a long time is because I've been very busy with work lately.

Until I find the time to write other posts (this time a series on training) I leave you with something else:

http://fast-fat-loss.blogspot.com/ is another blog authored by me that contains a work in progress fat loss book. I included all the chapters written so far. What I want from you is to read it and to add feedback, suggestions or just to say Hi! under the form of a comment.

Your feedback is important to me as I will use it to tweak the content and approach. When we consider it is good enough, then I will make it into a pdf version that will be distributed for free.

Also if you like it and decide to use the plan to lose some body fat than you can ask me more in dept questions and I will happily answer then for you to the best of my knowledge.

Who wants to help me help other people be making this reliable information on fat loss freely available?

Made you curios? Why don't you take a look right now?
You can read about: The basics of fat loss, Nutrition and Fast Fat Loss - Introduction, How many calories you need to be eating to lose fat loss, How to adjust your calorie consumption for safe fat loss, Where to get your calories from and how to eat your food for maximum fat loss so far.

Lets thing I want to mention is that the blog will undergo some improvements in the near future - I will add inspirational pics, interlink the posts more cleaver so you can move through it more swiftly maybe even change the theme if I find something that make reading easier.

Thanks for the information. I do sometimes wonder how accurate the concept of calories is regarding weight loss.

For example... I have seen many thin people that can eat copious quantities of food without gaining weight, and I have seen a number of big, fat people who eat comparatively little.

I don't know how true it is, but I have heard that to calculate how many calories are in food, they place a sample in a blast furnace... and determine how much energy is released by the food.

Doesn't sound much like human digestive processes to me. I could be wrong.

The questions I ask myself are...

Are all calories the same to the human body, or are some calories absorbed better than others?

What effect do parasites have on calorie absorption? etc

    Thanks again.
